Ready to learn?

Do you ever find yourself eating on autopilot, not really tasting your food or feeling satisfied?

Or maybe you struggle with emotional eating and aren't sure how to break the cycle?

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Many of us have a complicated relationship with food, and that's why we have this mini-course on Mindful Eating.

This is a current live class series for August 2024. Recordings from the classes are included in this mini-course along with additional information and resources.

In this transformative Mindful Eating Mindfulness mini-course, we take the principles of mindfulness meditation and apply them to our everyday eating habits. Through guided meditations, interactive activities, and reflection, you'll gain practical tools to enhance your well-being and fully enjoy your meals. This series is perfect for anyone looking to bring mindfulness into their daily lives.

What is Mindful Eating?

Mindful eating is about bringing your full attention to the experience of eating. It's about savoring each bite, listening to your body's hunger and fullness cues, and developing a healthier, more joyful relationship with food.
