During your private sound bath, you’ll experience the healing power of sound in a comfortable and peaceful setting. Sessions can be held on a zero gravity chair (250 lb limit) or a yoga mat with props, depending on your preference.
For a more personalized experience, personal sound healing on a massage table surround by singing bowls will remain at $75 per session. This is perfect for those looking to focus on targeted healing while being fully supported by the soothing vibrations of the instruments.
These sessions are available only at Peaceful Wellness Studio, providing you with a serene space to unwind and restore your energy.

What is a Private Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is either a public or private group event. It is immersing yourself in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound instruments. Sound will take you to a deeper relaxation place; where you can explore, identify, and feel what is meditation. A sound bath is an invitation to align your body, heart, and spirit together. Participants usually lie on their backs in a relaxed position, and simply listen and stay present with what they are experiencing with the sounds. Each participant can experience something different whether physical or emotional. A sound bath experience can have many benefits:

*Strengthen the immune system
*Increases flow of energy, creativity, intuition, and motivation
*Cleanses negative energies and emotions

Private Group Sound Baths can be done in person or virtually.
Prices vary depending on the details of your event. Rates are based on number of people, at my studio vs. your location, and other event details. I will create the perfect sound bath experience to fit your event.
For rates, please contact me with your specific event details and I will give you a quote. My studio is Peaceful Wellness and is located at 2114 N. Sherman Ave, Suite 6-8, Lower Level of DuWayne’s Salon and Massage East.
Off-site locations have a higher fee. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the date for off-site locations.
On-site sound baths require payment upfront and non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed only if providing at least 72 hours (3 day) notice is given.
Private Couple Sound Bath
1 Hour In-Studio: $100 for 2 People
30-minute In-Studio: $50 for 2 People
Also Available: 1 Hour 15 min In Studio: $200 for up to 4 people
A cozy sound bath for two people whether as a couple or two girlfriends wanting to celebrate a special event. It includes a brief description of what a sound bath is & its benefits and a 1-hour session. Personal seated sound healing for each person as well as an aromatherapy product is included with the session. Other Additions: Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or Labyrinth Walk.
Yoga mat and props or Zero Gravity Chairs available.

Private Group Sound Bath
1-1 1/2 Hour In-Studio: $300 for Max 9 People
It includes a brief description of what a sound bath is & its benefits and depending on amount of people it would be a 1 to 1 1/2 hour session.
- Personal seated (or on the yoga mat) sound healing for each person is part of the session.
- Aromatherapy roll-on for each can be included.
- For Additional Charge: Restorative Yoga or Labyrinth Walk.
Private Group Sound Baths can also be presented at your location. Fees differ depending on location, number of participants, and other factors.
