Hi there,

With the snowstorm beginning over Madison and the Midwest today, everything feels a little quieter and more reflective. And honestly, it made me think of you and of how much we all need a little gentle space right now. Days like this can feel like a pause, just a moment to breathe, to check in with yourself, to notice what you’re carrying.

I’m hosting a 21-Day Winter Solstice Journey that starts Monday, Dec. 1st, and it’s simply meant to help us move through December with more ease, rest, reflection, and a bit of inner light. Nothing fancy. Nothing demanding. Just a soft little rhythm to lean into during a busy month.

This isn’t a challenge and it’s not one more thing to keep up with. It’s a calm companion that is something that meets you where you are. If any part of you is craving quiet or wants to feel more grounded this month, I’d really love to have you with us.
